Maritime Museum Lisbon

  • The museum operates daily from 10am to 5pm and is closed on Jan 1, Easter Sunday, May 1, and Dec 25.
  • Free entry is available until 2pm on the first Sunday of every month, on Navy Day, Apr 18, May 18, and Nov 16.
  • Children aged 12 and under enjoy free entry on Children's Day (June 1).
  • The museum can be very busy during peak hours; arrive early and book tickets online in advance for a smoother experience.

Jerónimos Monastery

  • Keep in mind that the Church of Santa Maria is closed on Mondays and on select holidays (Jan 1, Easter Sunday, May 1, June 13, and Dec 25). You can enter the church between 10:30am and 5pm from Tuesday to Saturday, or from 2pm to 5pm on Sundays and religious holidays.
  • The church is part of Jerónimos Monastery and offers free entry, but you must join a separate line to enter.
  • The monastery is a popular attraction, and wait times can stretch to 2 hours during peak hours. Arrive early and book tickets online in advance.
  • The Jerónimos Monastery is closed on Mondays, Jan 1, Easter Sunday, May 1, and Dec 25.
  • These tickets can't be cancelled or rescheduled.
