1º) The tickets were bought online 2º) The website only states that the Planetarium opens at 10am and closes at 5pm, which makes you think that the sessions are continuous and that you can enter at any time, which is not true. 3º) Could you also indicate the themes so that we can make a selection beforehand? Thank you!

It didn't disappoint compared to my experience as a child ❤️ However, the sharpness of the stars with the old presentation is better than with videomaping.

Stunning beauty very well preserved and maintained. Emotional to walk through the building and contemplate its beauty and history. Loved the tombs and the church. Highly recommended.
The place is magnificent, calm and restful. 12€ to visit just one monastery cloister is nevertheless quite expensive, as access to the church is free.

The ticketing experience was excellent, the website was very user friendly and we got the ticket right on the spot. The monastery was extremely beautiful, but it was a pity that the church was closed the day we passed by. Overall, we had a great time.
It was very easy to buy a tickets online and the staff working at the entrance were amazing, very helpful! It was the second time I visited Lisbon and I decided to go to Jerónimos Monastery. It is such a masterpiece, very beautiful monument with unique style!! It is remarkable that this monastery stands there for many many years.
The place is very nice. What I didn't like is the half hour queue despite having purchased tickets and having to enter the tickets one by one on the app since I bought 7.

It took us almost 45 minutes to get in, arriving 15 minutes early. The queues are huge. The time is not controlled. And the guards are quite dry. In general, buy the ticket at the time you want and go at the time you want, it doesn't matter.

Everything in general. The cloister is architecturally beautiful. Highly recommended. If I have to put something negative is that once the visit to the cloister (which as you know is paid) you have to queue to enter the church which is free (and that currently) is under construction. I think that if you have paid a ticket it would be normal not to queue.

The place is worth visiting and the staff is pleasant and conscientiously maintains the facilities. However, there were too many people in shifts and some spaces could be visually and audibly crowded.

The Cloister is truly magnificent! Disappointing not to have had access to the Chapel, which was apparently reserved for a wedding and also under renovation. The disappointment comes mainly from the fact that I didn't get the information when I booked the tickets (on the internet) or did I not see it? Mystery... I think it would be interesting to add explanations/panels on the history of this building, the work that may have taken place there or that is currently underway, and what is still going on today in the walls that are not accessible to the public. Are there any monks left?

Loved the beautiful architecture and serenity. The church was closed for maintenance and I regret that we couldn't see it
It was easy to buy tickets from Headway and show thrm on my phone at the entrance. Despite timed entry ticket you still have to join the back of the queue. It took about half an hour though this was early in the morning in November and may be longer in busier times of the year. The inner courtyard of the monestry was stunningly beautiful and well worth the wait in line. Despite the people it felt very tranquil and it was easy to imagine the monks passing through it, enjoying the sheltered sunshine in the winter and finding cool shade In the hot summers. Unfortunately at the time of my visit the church was closed for renovation so I missed out on that. Despite this I'd still recommend it if you love architecture or just beautiful places
The church and various places were under renovation, which was not mentioned on the website. If I had been told, I would have gone another day, which ended up jeopardizing my visit.

Going in with our 3:30pm timeslot was okay, around 15 min waiting time. The monastery architecture was great. There is a church next to it which you can visit for free.
The monastery is beautiful, we went on Tuesday 12/11/2024, we did not have to queue at all to enter. But the Google maps directions are wrong and make you go all the way around the monastery when the entrance is right in front of you.

too long a waiting time with pre-booked tickets (more than an hour's wait) short tour, with no one on hand to ask questions insufficient written comments

I bought a ticket for 1:00 entrance and still have to wait in line for over 1 hour to enter. There was not place to get audio guide. I feel like I did not see all there was to see and not none gave any information on what was all to see. No map or paper guide available. Very disappointed in timed ticket.
The experience was superb, and the wait was only an hour, which is quite acceptable, considering that this visit is a must when visiting Lisbon! Thank you for this service, which we really appreciated.

We had 09:30 timed tickets and arrived at 09:10 to join the queue, so we were among the first 50-75 visitors to arrive. Nonetheless, we didn't get inside the entrance until 10:10AM due to the priority given to large guided tours, who entered as soon as they arrived starting 09:30AM. By 10AM, the queue reached all the way down and around the block, at least 400-500 people waiting. So if you want to avoid angry visitors who followed the rules by purchasing 09:30 (opening timed tickets and who patiently waited in the queue, my advice is (1) to sell far fewer tickets so that all those holding timed entries can enter within 10-15 min. of arrival and (2) do NOT give priority to tour groups, whose constant immediate entry is simply unfair. We will tell our friends who will be visiting Lisboa to steer clear of the Monastery unless they're here in Jan. or Feb.
The Monastery was wonderful. It wasn't overcrowded inside but the wait time in the queue was unacceptable as I'd booked a time on line.
the building is wonderful, but the waiting line was quite chaotic. we bought the tickets for a certain time but we had to wait the line anyway
The atmosphere, the calm, the light, the harmony of the place made me discover a sumptuous architecture that will remain forever engraved in my memory, thank you history, thank you preservation, thank you sharing...

The ticket order via headout was uncomplicated and worked really well. Unfortunately, despite booking in advance, we had to queue for over an hour to get in. However, the beautiful monastery with its unique architecture was worth it in the end.

I got the time slot ticket for the first opening since I read somewhere it's better. But when I got there before it opens there is already a long line. When they start to let people in at my time. I asked the guard. The answer I got is that it's all the same line. So if you are going to get Lisboa card don't bother with the timed ticket... I do really enjoy the monastery. Such a beautiful place. When I got out the line is 3 times as long so.. i guess I didn't do that bad.
We had to go back twice because it was so crowded. We came back the next day much earlier. It's magnificent, but the visit is fairly quick. It may seem disproportionate if you wait too long.

Everything went smoothly w purchase and entry. The lines moved along at a good pace. Best of all the Monastery was a wonderful, monumental structure. We enjoyed it very much!
