Pena Palace

• Tip: Don't miss the Queen's Terrace for a panoramic view of the Sintra hills, the surrounding countryside, and the Atlantic Ocean.

• The Pena Palace is partially closed due to ongoing restoration work on window openings and the Southeast and Northeast facades of the entrance.

• While the Pena Palace complex includes both the palace and gardens, there's still a short walk to the palace itself from the main entrance. The path is paved, climbs a bit, and can take 30 minutes.
